🛒 Order & Payment
What payment methods are available?
We accept PayPal, credit card, Klarna (invoice & installment purchase), Sofortüberweisung, and advance payment. All payments are SSL-encrypted and secure.
Can I change my order later?
As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, we're happy to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Is there an order confirmation?
Yes, immediately after purchase you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email with all the details.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times within Europe are typically 2–4 business days. The exception is Switzerland, where delivery times may be slightly longer due to customs clearance.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free within the European Union – regardless of the order value.
For deliveries to Switzerland, we charge a flat shipping fee of €53, which includes all costs for shipping, customs clearance, and export documentation. There are no additional fees or taxes for you.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, we currently ship to Austria, Switzerland, and other EU countries. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.
♻️ Return & Cancellation
How does the return work?
You have 30 days to return your order. Simply email us at info@twoda.de and we'll send you a return label.
Does the return cost anything?
We cover return shipping costs within Germany. Different rules may apply for international shipments.
When will I get my money back?
After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will usually be made within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used.

Where do your products come from?
We carry high-quality faucets, sinks and accessories from selected brands such as DEANTE – developed and tested according to the highest quality standards.
Do the products have a guarantee?
Yes, all items in our store come with a manufacturer's warranty. You can find the exact warranty terms and conditions on the respective product page.
Are there spare parts?
We offer spare parts for many products. Just let us know which part you need – we'll be happy to help.
