We accept Shopify Payments for payment processing. This gives you multiple options for paying for your item within 3 days. Payments by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna are accepted and protected by Shopify.

Shopify Payments:

In cooperation with Shopify Payments, we offer the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro

Paypal:

Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user details and initiate the payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not necessary for payment methods such as direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal.
4. You will then be redirected back to us.

Apple Pay:

You can pay with Apple Pay during the order process. To do so, you must confirm the payment using the Apple Pay service on a supported Apple device and follow the verification steps. Apple Pay uses the payment information you have stored in the Apple Wallet app for the transaction. For more information, see https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT201469

Shipment

We continually strive to optimize our processing and ensure a smooth experience. You will typically receive your item within 3-7 business days in Germany.



We currently ship your orders exclusively via DPD. You will be notified by email as soon as the package leaves our logistics center or has been handed over to the shipping service provider. This email will also contain a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment.



You will receive another email with an announcement of when the package is expected to be delivered. With DPD, you can select the day or time slot for delivery, and you can also specify a preferred location. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the final delivery of packages, but we are of course in contact with our shipping provider to ensure optimal and fastest delivery possible.



Should there be any delivery delays or other inconveniences, we will be happy to assist you. Please first check the delivery status using the tracking number assigned to your order. Alternatively, please use our various contact options and provide your order number.



Upon receipt of your delivery, please inspect it for any transport damage. If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report the damage to the delivery person as soon as possible, contact us immediately, and provide your order number, the affected item, and the type of damage.



Failure to file a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your statutory rights and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, it will help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
