We accept Shopify Payments for payment processing. This gives you many options to pay for the item within 3 days. Payments by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung, direct debit and PayPal are accepted and are protected by Shopify.

Shopify Payments:

For payment, we offer you the following payment methods in cooperation with Shopify Payments:
- Debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro
- IMMEDIATELY
- Klarna invoice

Paypal:

Just a few steps to payment:
1. At checkout, select “PayPal” as your payment method.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.
4. You will then be redirected back to us.

Apple Pay:

You can pay with Apple Pay as part of the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the “Apple Pay” service on a supported Apple device by following verification steps. Shipment

We constantly strive to optimize our processing processes and ensure that everything runs smoothly. As a rule, you will receive your item in Germany within 3 - 7 working days.

We currently only ship your orders via DPD. You will be informed by email as soon as the package leaves our logistics center or has been handed over to the shipping service provider. This email also contains a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment.

You will receive another email announcing when the package is expected to be delivered. With DPD you can choose which day or time slot you want the delivery to be made, and you can also specify a desired location. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the final delivery of the packages, but of course we are in contact with our shipping service provider to ensure the optimal and fastest possible delivery.

If there are any delays or other inconveniences during delivery, we will of course be happy to help you. Please first research the delivery status using the tracking number assigned to your order. Alternatively, please use our various contact options, stating your order number.

When you receive your delivery, please check it for damage during transport. If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about the error to the delivery person as soon as possible, contact us immediately and tell us your order number, the affected item and the type of damage.

Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
